Before coaching, I spent over 20 years navigating non-profit, post-secondary, health care and municipal government organizations. I was leading teams and and high-profile projects, so I understand firsthand what it means to lead in high-stakes environments.
I also tried to balance being a high-achieving professional with being a wife and a parent to two daughters. It was often a juggling act where the scales of priority were never even!
That real-world experience informs every conversation I have with my clients.
