As the founder and principal of Momentum EQ, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and I am an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner and Certified Facilitator.
I have over 20 years of professional experience working in a variety of sectors including non-profit, post secondary,
health care and municipal government.
Beyond coaching and team development, I also hold a
Master's of Science degree in
Integrated Marketing and Communications.
